We can help you get the most out of the estate, dont let someone just come throw an offer at you because they can clean out the property,We will also take care of cleaning out items that dont sell afterwards .if you want us to clean out and donate it charity we can do that..Being hasty and choosing a buyout may cost you more than you think, not only in the value of items ,but we have found money and jewelry that was hidden in items that we returned to the owners they never would have known was there if they had sold it in lot to someone. they only pay pennies on the dollar. We offer a better solution that makes you the most money. Make sure you choose a company that is a registered Business and that they take out Sales tax as required by law or you might be left liable. There are alot of new comers to the business that are individuals that are not a licensed business, they don't take out sales tax,and they don't know the value of items the way we do.
